CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar named several new officers at last week’s annual business meeting in Jackson.
Billie Addleman, a Cheyenne attorney, will serve as president-elect of the Wyoming State Bar and will become bar president in 2020-21.
Kelly M. Neville of Laramie was elected president for 2019-20.
J. Kenneth Barbe of Casper was elected vice president. Barbe will serve as a member-at-large of the Board of Commissioners and a member of the executive committee as part of his vice presidency role.
James L. Edwards of Gillette was elected treasurer. As part of this role, he will be a member-at-large of the Board of Officers and Commissioners, and also serve as a member of the executive committee.
